Responsible for managing the initial stages of the Clinician on Assignment (COA) recruitment process for a Strategic Business Unit (SBU). This role is responsible for building a robust talent pipeline and navigating the seamless transition from candidate identification to hire. Participate in planning with team leadership to identify recruiting and sales strategies, client needs, and methods that will achieve the highest order fill rates. Provide input on the enhancement of systems, process flow, or benefits. Leverage the company database to further expand the network of qualified candidates through referrals and other channels. Utilize various channels, including job boards, social media, networking events, and employee referrals, to source potential candidates. Create and post job descriptions and advertisements to attract a diverse pool of candidates. Conduct interviews to assess candidates’ skills, experience, and cultural fit. Identify candidates' critical success factors by utilizing effective interview techniques, including behavioral and situational questions. Qualify candidates for open positions and submit to client facilities per submission guidelines. Manage the submission, interview, offer, negotiation, closing, and all administrative components involved in recruiting. Strategize with account managers to maximize interviews and offers, resulting in a higher submission-to-placement ratio. Negotiate all components of the candidate’s package while being mindful of individual and team gross margin goals. Maintain strong communication with candidates via phone and email from the initial application to placement. Ensure all recruitment activities comply with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations. Stay informed on industry trends, innovative recruiting techniques, and competitor information to remain competitive in sales. Recommend enhanced recruitment strategies and new approaches to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the department.
