Role Overview:
- Lead and grow a world-class FAE team across Europe and APAC.
- Drive technical adoption, integration, and design-win pipeline for fabric interconnect silicon IP.
- Manage pre and post sales support.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a distributed FAE team, recruit top talent, and provide technical mentorship.
- Oversee customer proof-of-concepts, evaluations, and deliver technical keynotes.
- Funnel customer requirements to R&D and shape the product roadmap.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
- 5+ years managing customer-facing engineering teams; 10+ years in semiconductor or silicon IP.
- Deep understanding of NoC, AMBA protocols, ASIC design flow, and AI/ML accelerators.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Master's or PhD in Electrical/Computer Engineering.
- Experience in a fast-growing silicon IP startup.
- Additional language skills (Mandarin, Japanese, Korean, German).
