Strategic Partner Engagement Manager (Anticipated)

Agile Six is seeking a Strategic Partner Engagement Manager to lead the end-to-end partner-success program that accelerates adoption of a new digital platform used by federal and state agencies. In this role, you will negotiate and formalize agreements, translating each agency’s unique use cases into actionable implementation plans, and drive platform adoption through tailored onboarding, training, and continuous support. Responsibilities include agreement orchestration, use-case translation & onboarding playbooks, training & change-management, community cultivation, community insights loop, success metrics & analytics, pain-point triage & escalation, and community co-design facilitation. The role also includes contributing to Agile Six hiring, outreach, and communities of practice, with responsibilities evolving organically with the team and delivery environment.
