Accountabilities:
- Manage a pipeline of commercial real estate transactions across the United States, maintaining accurate closing checklists and trackers.
- Prepare, organize, and coordinate the execution of transaction and closing packages.
- Conduct real estate due diligence by reviewing leases, title commitments, and surveys.
Requirements:
- 4–8 years of experience as a commercial real estate paralegal, preferably in a law firm.
- Strong understanding of commercial real estate transactions and closing processes.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, SharePoint, Salesforce, GIS, and deed-plotting software.
Benefits:
- Salary: $85,000–$90,000 per year.
