Project Claims & Commercial Controls Manager

Commercial Oversight:

• Partner with project teams to identify scope changes, schedule impacts, and events requiring commercial action.
• Monitor the change order process to ensure timely submission and adherence to deadlines.
• Drive accountability for aging commercial issues and escalate unresolved risks.

Negotiation & Leadership:

• Lead or support negotiations involving change orders, claims, and contract disputes.
• Collaborate with Project Management, Operations, Finance, and Legal to develop commercial strategies.
• Establish commercial controls, governance processes, and documentation standards.
