Job Description

The Business Developer will be responsible for proactively identify and pursue new project opportunities across federal, education, civic, healthcare, and infrastructure sectors. The candidate will build and maintain relationships with clients, architects, and engineers to secure new work and teaming opportunities. This position includes leading and supporting sales and capture plans in collaboration with regional and corporate leadership. Furthermore, the candidate will research and track pursuits, clients, and market trends and maintain data in the firm’s CRM system. Support proposal efforts and ensure compliance with client requirements and firm standards. Participate in interview preparation and business development events, representing OCMI with professionalism and integrity. Collaborate internally to align business development efforts with project delivery and client expectations.
