Accounting Manager E-commerce

Role Overview:

• Seeking an experienced Accounting Manager with a strong background in e-commerce accounting and financial reporting.
• This is a fully remote, full-time opportunity to lead accounting operations in a growing digital commerce business.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day accounting operations, month-end closing, and accounts receivable across multiple platforms.
• Reconcile transactions from Shopify, Stripe, Amazon, and TikTok Shop while preparing financial statements and analyses.
• Lead and mentor accounting professionals, and implement process improvements and automation initiatives.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance with at least 5 years of professional accounting experience.
• Mandatory e-commerce accounting experience, including Shopify, Stripe, Amazon, and TikTok Shop.
• Advanced Excel skills and demonstrated team leadership experience.
