Director, Enterprise Architecture

Navitus Health Solutions is seeking an Enterprise Architecture Director to join our team!   The Director, Enterprise Architecture will lead the design and implementation of our enterprise-wide technology strategy. The Director will shape the technical roadmap directed towards building scalable, secure, and cost-effective architectures that enable innovation, operational efficiency, and long-term growth. A strong focus of this role includes driving cloud adoption, strengthening governance frameworks, and advancing digital transformation while bridging the gap between business vision and technical delivery.The Director, Enterprise Architecture will partner closely with business and technology leaders to align our platforms, data, and applications with long-term corporate growth objectives, while driving modernization, cost efficiency, and resilience. This role requires both deep technical expertise and the leadership ability to influence at the executive level, mentor high-performing teams, and deliver architecture that creates measurable business value.
