Job Description
Showpo, an Australian-owned and social media-led online fashion brand, is seeking casual Customer Happiness Agents to join the team! As a Customer Happiness Agent, you will ensure customer inquiries are handled promptly, and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction across all channels. This includes following up on high-risk orders, managing customer returns and maintaining customer communication channels such as email, social media, and the website. The role also includes the continued development and improvement of customer service and maintenance of google spreadsheets to monitor service levels.
