Job Description
As our Operations Associate, you will help the Payins team ensure our operations run smoothly and that all the processes are optimized, internally and externally. Your responsibilities include managing data and reporting and providing support to different departments within the company.
You will also identify problems, operational issues, and potential concerns. You'll improve the overall efficiency of the company, recommend solutions based on research and analysis, and analyze performance results to promote optimizations. Collaboration with other teams to provide necessary information, such as transaction details and feedback is expected.
