Job Description
The Diagnostic Sales Associate (DSA) focuses on Business Development by generating leads for the Diagnostic Sales Managers (DSM), and through promotion of Antechβs products and services. They achieve this through the development of strong customer relationships. The DSA works closely with Field Marketing to execute marketing programs and add value to clients by promoting useful services. The DSA performs sales calls to resolve client issues, close deals and generate revenue.
Daily outbound calling to prospects on target account list to identify customer needs and schedule meetings for Diagnostic Sales Managers on the account team. They update and maintain client records. Work prospects through the sales process in a systematized, timely matter to support customer needs. Work closely with sales and marketing management to identify new account or product placement opportunities.
They follow up on all incoming sales and marketing leads in an expedited manner (less than 24 hours) and qualify each prospect accurately, logging all activities and notes in the Salesforce CRM.
