About the Role:
- You will serve as a leader in our digital armor, driving product-based implementations for Trust & Safety.
- You will help establish a new engineering domain from the ground up, building scalable systems.
- You will work cross-functionally to bridge technical and non-technical groups.
What You'll Do:
- Own all phases of the development lifecycle: planning, specing, execution, and measuring success.
- Investigate and mitigate threats like fraud, billing anomalies, and credential abuse.
- Mentor other engineers and establish design patterns.
What We're Looking For:
- 4+ years of SWE experience with 1+ years in Trust & Safety systems.
- Fullstack experience with modern database-backed web applications.
- A passion for mentoring and driving complex projects to sustainable results.
