Lead complex projects with multiple stakeholders and engineers to design systems that adapt Vanta's compliance platform for government needs.
Build net-new product capabilities for government compliance, working alongside early design partners to validate and iterate.
Partner with adjacent engineering teams on shared infrastructure and drive technical initiatives across engineering, product, and go-to-market.

Qualifications:

5+ years of industry experience with strong systems thinking and platform architecture skills.
Experience in highly regulated industries such as fintech or healthcare; FedRAMP or government domain experience is a plus.
Comfortable operating in early-stage, 0→1 environments with evolving requirements.
