Senior Product Manager - U.S. Public Sector Platforms

Role Overview:

• You will own strategy and execution across U.S. Public Sector cloud platforms, including regulated ServiceNow-hosted environments and self-hosted deployments.
• You will operate at the intersection of platform architecture, compliance, and go-to-market, leading multi-team and multi-VP programs.

What You'll Do:

• Define how the ServiceNow platform operates across isolated, customer-managed, and partner-hosted environments.
• Set cross-domain strategy and drive parity with commercial cloud while meeting compliance, security, and sovereignty requirements.
• Standardize specification and communication templates and set the documentation bar for regulated offerings.

Qualifications & Experience:

• 5+ years of B2B product management experience in platform or cloud infrastructure.
• Deep knowledge of sovereign cloud, regulated environments, and compliance frameworks such as FedRAMP, CJIS, IL4/IL5, and NIST.
• Proven ability to set strategy and lead cross-functional initiatives in complex, ambiguous environments.
