You will own the agentic and platform capabilities of the Conduct platform as a senior individual contributor.
You will define the API, MCP, and headless surfaces for sophisticated customers and AI agents.
You will ensure non-functional requirements such as scale, performance, and security meet the standards of regulated financial institutions.

Key Responsibilities:

Set product strategy and roadmap for agentic and platform capabilities.
Partner with engineering, AI/ML, and customer-facing teams to deliver enterprise-grade solutions.
Treat platform contracts and non-functional requirements as product decisions, not engineering handoffs.

Qualifications:

10+ years of product management experience with a track record at enterprise scale.
Demonstrated ownership of API and platform products as product decisions.
Experience building for both human and programmatic consumers in regulated industries.
