About the Role:
- Fieldguide University is a product-adjacent learning platform that reduces time to value and drives feature adoption.
- The eLearning Designer owns course production, including visual design, interactive elements, and multimedia.
What You'll Do:
- Take product documentation and SME input, script learning modules, storyboard screens, design visuals, and build interactions in WorkRamp.
- Write measurable learning objectives, build assessments with scoring and certification logic, and QA all content before publication.
- Establish a visual design language for the platform and push back when content does not serve the learner.
What You Are:
- 3+ years designing eLearning courses with a strong portfolio showing production quality and visual design.
- Hands-on experience in audit or accounting is strongly preferred; familiarity with CPE requirements is a plus.
- Proficient in authoring tools like Articulate Storyline, Rise, or Adobe Captivate, and comfortable working with subject matter experts.
