Key Responsibilities:

  • Make 300 outbound dials per day through our dialer system to engage leads and book qualified appointments.
  • Consistently hit daily/weekly performance KPIs for booked calls and conversions.
  • Collaborate with closers and leadership to ensure smooth handoffs and elite client experience.

What We Expect:

  • Proven experience in appointment setting, inside sales, cold calling, or outbound SDR roles.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills with a performance-first mentality.
  • Coachability, discipline, and the grit to meet metrics every day.

Compensation Structure:

  • Earn 3% commission on collected cash from deals closed through your appointments, up to $100,000 per month.
  • Once $100,000 in collected cash is reached in a month, commission increases to 4% on all collected cash that month.
  • Qualify for a $2,000 monthly bonus when you reach $75,000 in collected cash during the calendar month.
