About the Role:
- Make outbound calls daily using a power dialer to small business owners.
- Generate interest, qualify prospects, and live-transfer to Account Executives.
- Maintain accurate notes and outcomes in the CRM.

- Achieve 2+ qualified live transfers per day.
- Contribute consistent pipeline leading to closed deals.
- Demonstrate strong communication and reliable daily performance.
Compensation:
- $8/hour USD base pay plus commission and performance bonuses.
- Typical commission range of $200-$750/month.
