About the team:
- Partners with the business to deliver high-quality hiring outcomes.
- Strengthens the quality of inbound pipelines.
- Recruiting systems and data are accurate, compliant, and reliable.
What you will do:
- Review inbound applications within active requisitions.
- Assess candidate quality and surface top applicants, providing clear rationale and recommendations to Recruiters.
- Execute system administration activities including candidate dispositioning, requisition updates, workflow compliance, and data clean-up.
What we are looking for:
- 2–4 years of progressive experience in talent acquisition, sourcing, recruitment operations, or a related function.
- Demonstrated analytical thinking and sound judgment when assessing candidate quality.
- Process-oriented, dependable, and motivated by operational excellence.
