Job Description
As a Customer Service Representative, you are expected to contact clients and collect outstanding payments. You are to patiently and professionally communicate with customers in order to encourage them to pay their debts. You will strike a balance between maintaining trustful relationships and ensuring timely payments.
For you to become a successful candidate for this role: At least 3 months of BPO experience - Financial account is a plus Basic knowledge of prepaid, debit and credit cards Basic compliance training/knowledge Demonstrable probing and problem solving skills Excellent verbal and written communication skills and good customer service orientation must be possessed by the candidate. Open to work different shifts (day/night) Willing to work shifting schedules Very strong interpersonal and comprehension skills
