Systems Engineer

As a Systems Engineer in the IT team, you will work as part of an internal function that partners closely with stakeholders across the business, playing a key role in ensuring the seamless operation, integration and optimisation of critical systems within Form3. Hold responsibility for the maintenance, effectiveness and security of key internal systems, such as Okta, Proofpoint and Microsoft 365. Integrate new and existing systems within Okta for SSO or provisioning, using protocols such as SAML, OIDC, JIT and SCIM. Support teams across Form3 in automating and optimising the configuration of their systems and processes. Build and maintain automation workflows in AWS (using Lambda, API Gateway, S3 and Python), Okta, Freshservice and Power Automate. Actively keep up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies and best practices, ensuring Form3’s internal systems remain innovative and future-ready.
