Insurance Advisors/Life & Health Open Enrolment

Sutherland is seeking Work-at-Home Licensed Health Insurance Sales Advisors for a short-term temporary position. Our Advisors provide sales presentations over the phone to sell Medical/Dental/Vision insurance to existing and prospective customers. In this position, you will receive inbound phone calls from prospects and use your proven sales skills to enroll them in insurance products. Make outbound phone calls to prospects and use proven, effective sales techniques. Gather all required data; determine eligibility; build relationships and establish rapport with callers to gain trust and manage follow-up calls to ensure timely responses. Utilize effective salesmanship and excellent customer service skills on all inbound and outbound calls. Accurately process application/ information in sales and customer systems; and track/record outcome of calls as well as issues and inquiries requiring follow-up.
