About the Role:
- Own the lab relationship network as the primary point of contact for Incisive's specialty lab partners.
- Work cross-functionally with product management, engineering, and clinical support to optimize workflows.
- Report to the VP of Product Management in a fully remote position within the United States.
What You'll Own:
- Lab relationship management, including onboarding new labs and driving continuous improvement.
- Quality and capacity management, tracking turnaround time, remake rates, and case acceptance.
- Reporting and analytics, building dashboards and delivering performance summaries to leadership.
Compensation & Benefits:
- Base salary of $115,000-$130,000 with a 20% target bonus and equity participation.
