Payroll & AP Specialist (Part-time)

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Payroll & Accounts Payable Specialist to join our team. This part-time role (20–25 hours/week, remote within the U.S.) is responsible for semi-monthly payroll in ADP, accounts payable, reconciliations, billing, and supporting 401(k) funding. You’ll also provide valuable assistance during audit cycles and have the opportunity to help shape and streamline processes as the company continues to scale.
