Drive national and market-specific strategies that generate demand among employed physicians considering independent practice. This role will lead the development and execution of multichannel marketing efforts, digital campaigns, and audience engagement strategies that position our Turnkey model as the best path to sustainable, independent primary care. The ideal candidate brings a strong background in marketing, digital lead generation, and go-to-market executionβand thrives in building structure in a fast-moving, early-stage environment. Healthcare marketing experience is a plus. This individual will also serve as the day-to-day liaison between practices and our external marketing vendor, helping to ensure timely execution of deliverables, guiding practices through marketing strategy, and helping them understand their performance data.
