Job Description

Pure Storage is seeking a Manager, National Partner Sales to lead a team of National Partner Managers (NPMs) in maximizing sales and partnership potential. This involves implementing sales best practices, providing training and support, and driving pipeline creation. Key responsibilities include communicating new product offerings to NPMs and partners, managing the team, and expanding Pure’s footprint within the National Partner. The manager will create strategies to maximize the sell-through of Pure products, manage sales orders, and collaborate with marketing on programs and events. Staying informed about competition and attending industry events are also important. Contract negotiations and executing partner sales plans are essential for success. Candidates should have experience developing National partners or sales teams, strong time management and communication skills, and a passion for customer success. A BA/BS degree in business, marketing, or software engineering is required.
