The Talent Acquisition Manager leads a team of clinical recruiters responsible for attracting and hiring top healthcare professionals across our organization. This role combines strategic leadership with hands-on recruiting expertise, driving results through data-informed strategies, operational excellence, and an exceptional candidate experience. You’ll partner closely with business and HR leaders to align on clinical hiring needs, guide sourcing strategy, and ensure we meet our growth goals with quality and speed. Key responsibilities include leading, coaching, and developing a high-performance, data-driven team; overseeing requisition distribution and performance metrics; partnering with operations and HR leadership to design proactive clinical recruitment strategies; analyzing market trends; and ensuring compliance and data integrity.
