Job Description

This role is part of one of our growing brands at saas.group, where you will take full ownership of our growth engine from top-of-funnel acquisition to conversion, retention, and revenue expansion. You’ll build, scale, and optimize both our Marketing and Sales functions, working closely with the CEO and cross-functional leaders. Your mission is to sharpen our positioning, accelerate pipeline generation, strengthen our sales motion, and ensure our brand continues growing sustainably and profitably.

Your responsibilities include owning the full Sales & Marketing strategy and execution across acquisition, activation, closing, retention, and expansion. Drive sustainable pipeline generation through multi-channel marketing and implement a transparent, metrics-driven sales motion, including forecasting and deal review.
