Sr Manager of S&OP

Smalls is looking for a Sr Manager of S&OP to own and operationalize our integrated planning process. You’ll be the connective tissue between Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Procurement, Marketing, Finance and Retail functions — ensuring that we align customer needs, inventory strategies, and financial goals across a multi-channel, frozen/ambient logistics environment. The role involves creating and maintaining the company demand & supply planning model, driving cross-functional alignment around forecasts, and overseeing production & inbound plans across multiple manufacturers and DCs.
