Job Description

As a Senior Technical Recruiter on a 6-month contract, you will play a key role in scaling Docker's engineering and product teams by finding top-tier talent across the globe. The responsibilities include, partnering closely with hiring managers in engineering and product to understand hiring goals and build scalable recruiting strategies, owning and managing the full-cycle recruitment process—from sourcing to closing and building and maintaining talent pipelines across critical roles, proactively identifying and engaging with top candidates. The role also involves guiding hiring teams through effective, inclusive interview processes and ensure alignment throughout, providing clear, data-driven updates and insights to stakeholders on candidate pipelines and recruiting performance, driving exceptional candidate experience through thoughtful communication and engagement; and contributing to process improvements and recruiting initiatives in a collaborative, remotely distributed team environment.
