Job Description
Seeking a reliable and detail-oriented HR Generalist to join the team and support one of our key clients. In this role, you will be responsible for the day-to-day implementation and administration of HR policies and processes, as well as employee experience ceremonies. Additionally, you will assist with recruitment processes and contribute to company-wide HR activities.
You will act as the main point of contact for HR operational matters for our client, ensuring a seamless employee journey from onboarding to offboarding, and supporting initiatives that enhance employee engagement and recognition. The key responsibilities include employee onboarding & offboarding coordinating onboarding processes, workforce management administering and maintaining employee records, employee check-ins conducting regular employee check-ins, HR ceremonies & programs launching and managing employee recognition programs, policy implementation executing and monitoring HR policies and procedures, and recruitment occasionally supporting the recruitment process for specific roles.
