About the Role:
- Own product across the entire portfolio: strategy, roadmap, execution, and monetization.
- Build the product function from scratch with full ownership and budget autonomy.
- Work in a remote-first, outcome-driven environment with real autonomy.
Responsibilities:
- Own product strategy and roadmap, prioritizing for revenue, retention, and user value.
- Build and lead the product team, establishing processes and rituals.
- Drive execution speed and embed growth levers into products.
Qualifications:
- 8+ years in product management, with at least 3 years in senior leadership at a consumer SaaS business.
- Experience managing multi-product portfolios and building teams from scratch.
- Strong commercial sense and data-driven product craft.
