Accountabilities:
- Develop, configure, and support UKG/Kronos Workforce Management applications.
- Implement and maintain modules including Timekeeping, Scheduling, Accruals, Attendance, and Leave Management.
- Design and develop integrations between workforce management platforms and HR/payroll systems.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in UKG/Kronos Workforce Management development and implementation.
- Strong hands-on experience with UKG Workforce Central or Dimensions.
- Proficiency in SQL, XML, REST APIs, Web Services, and Integration Manager.
