Job Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and support Workday-based solutions collaborating with stakeholders.
- Own development activities end-to-end including requirement analysis, coding, testing, deployment, and handoff.
- Participate in code reviews, contribute to engineering standards, and mentor junior developers.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field.
- 5+ years of Workday implementation experience and 6+ years in software development using Java, TypeScript, or Python.
- Strong expertise in Workday HR modules, Workday Studio, and Prism Analytics.
