IT Apps & Ops Support Specialist

As an IT Apps and Ops Support Specialist at Liberty Mutual, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the seamless operation and optimal performance of our critical business applications. Under moderate supervision, you will develop, execute, and maintain processes and automated solutions to ensure operational effectiveness and continual improvement. You will analyze moderate to high complexity technical and business problems using intermediate knowledge of industry, business operations, business products, business process, data, architecture, vendor integration, and application connectivity. Responsibility for a variety of operational activities. Key responsibilities for this role include: Application Support and Troubleshooting, Operational Process Optimization, Communication and Collaboration, Analysis and Reporting.This is a remote position however, you will be required to go into the office per business requirements if you reside within 50 miles of the listed offices.
