Our Sales Team is seeking an Enterprise Account Executive to strategically secure new business in Southern Africa. You'll drive revenue growth through new logo sales across our CX, CCaaS, AI & Digital product suite. As an Enterprise Account Executive at NiCE, understanding customer needs for our digital solutions portfolio is key, enhancing their customer experience and finding innovative solutions to their challenges.
You will close deals, build a robust pipeline exceeding goals, and assist sales partners. Maintaining product knowledge through training, attending industry events, and fostering customer relationships is crucial. Serving as a trusted advisor, you'll translate NiCE's value into tangible customer benefits. Your deep understanding of the CCaaS market and experience with enterprise software sales will enable you to excel in this role.
