Junior Payroll Analyst

The Payroll Analyst reports to The Regional Senior Payroll Manager (SPM)/Regional Payroll Manager (PM) and is responsible for supporting the team processing payrolls in specific countries within a designated region. This role ensures accurate, timely and compliant payroll processing while driving operational excellence and alignment to the RWS Global Payroll standard. The Payroll Analyst collaborates with HR, Finance and external vendors to address payroll needs, maintain regulatory compliance and provide a positive payroll experience for employees. Technical Responsibilities include supporting the team processing payroll, maintaining employee payroll records, ensuring compliance with payroll laws, recommending process improvements and resolving payroll issues.
