Head of Engineering, Supply Chain

About the Role:

• Own the technical strategy and architecture for POS hardware and device platforms software covering inventory, logistics, and repair workflows.
• Lead an engineering organisation of approximately 25 engineers across squads, ensuring platformisation and data consistency for millions of devices.
• Collaborate with operational stakeholders to translate business requirements into robust engineering solutions.

Who You Are:

• 10–15 years of software engineering experience with at least 5 years leading teams through growth phases.
• Deep hands-on experience writing production Java code and managing managers in a distributed environment.
• Strong background in supply chain, inventory, or logistics software at scale within fintech or regulated industries.
