About the Role:
- We are seeking an execution-focused Operations Associate to support our small, mission-driven team.
- You will work closely with the Operations Manager to execute day-to-day processes.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate contractor paperwork, maintain virtual files, and support team culture initiatives.
- Support HubSpot administration, data cleanliness, reporting, and troubleshooting.
- Assist with event logistics, recurring operational tasks, and calendars.
Who We're Looking For:
- You have 2+ years in operations, administration, or project coordination, with hands-on HubSpot experience.
- You are highly organized, detail-oriented, and process-driven.
- You enjoy supporting others and making it easier for teammates to do their best work.
