Core Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the accountable leader for customer health, trajectory, and commercial posture, establishing clear success criteria.
  • Build and govern multi-year Success Plans, translating product capabilities into quantified business impact.
  • Own renewal posture and risk management, communicating issues early with mitigation strategies.

Executive Engagement & Value Realization:

Cross-Functional Partnership & Internal Execution:

  • Foster a one-team approach focused on long-term customer value over functional handoffs.
