Role Overview:

  • Play a pivotal role in driving the growth and success of Oscilar by identifying and pursuing new business opportunities within an existing customer base.
  • Cultivate relationships with key stakeholders and ensure the successful adoption of solutions across LATAM.

What You'll Do:

  • Execute territory and account plans for existing enterprise customers, becoming a product expert for effective discovery and presentations.
  • Prospect and collaborate internally to maintain relationships while building new opportunities, navigating complex sales cycles to sell Oscilar's value proposition.
  • Exceed quarterly and annual targets by leveraging experience in building and growing new business within enterprise accounts.

What You'll Bring:

  • Minimum 6 years of closing experience within Enterprise accounts in a related vertical, with a track record as a top performer.
  • Experience with account and territory planning, using context and acumen to tell a compelling story to key stakeholders.
  • A hunter mentality that thrives in a team-centric environment, capable of building, leading, and growing new business effectively.
