Job Description
About the Role:
- Own the administration of our cloud-based Jira, Jira Service Management, and Confluence instances with a heavy focus on dashboards and reporting
- Manage third-party apps and integrations between Atlassian and other systems such as Salesforce, Slack, Github, and PagerDuty
- Serve as the primary Atlassian subject matter expert, proactively advising executive leadership on strategic tooling roadmaps
What You Bring:
- 5+ years Jira/Confluence admin experience
- Strong knowledge of JQL, Jira automations, and dashboard and reporting tools such as eazyBI, Structure, Rich Filters, and Advanced Roadmaps
- Deep expertise in Atlassian Cloud administration and understanding of governance and security best practices within a cloud environment
