Responsibilities:
- Own the day-to-day deployment of instructional staff, independently solving multi-variable scheduling constraints.
- Direct, train, and manage operational support staff for data entry, billing, and tasks.
- Build and maintain advanced spreadsheet models and CRM pipelines to track tutor utilization.
Minimum Qualifications:
- A bachelor’s degree from an accredited college.
- At least 4 years of professional experience in operations, logistics, or dispatch management.
- Advanced technical fluency in spreadsheet architecture.
Compensation & Benefits:
- Base Salary ranges from $75,000-$95,000.
