Job Description

Drive revenue from a mix of SMB and mid-market opportunities, including some existing pipeline and SDR support. Build the long-term market foundation, with a focus on mid-market outbound, brand awareness, and local partner activation. The near-term focus is on individual execution, this role is designed with leadership progression in mind as we grow across Latin America. Own the full sales cycle from discovery to close for the SMB and mid-market hotel prospects across Latin America, with a primary focus on Mexico. Outbound prospect into mid-market accounts to build pipeline and brand awareness across the most relevant brands and management groups in the region. Manage inbound and SDR-sourced pipeline in the SMB segment closing quick-turn deals to drive early results. Maintain accurate Salesforce hygiene, pipeline updates, and forecast visibility. Actively build brand awareness through in-region trade shows, webinars, and networking events. Working closely with GTM teams to identify regional campaigns and local partner activation strategies. Deliver market feedback to Sales, Product, and GTM leadership to shape our localized approach. Serve as the local Canary ambassador and help define our GTM playbook in Mexico. Lay the groundwork for future hiring, training, and team leadership as we expand the LATAM sales team.
