Responsibilities:
- Review facility energy usage daily and implement best practices.
- Manage Central Energy Plant operation and maintenance, including subcontractors and training.
- Assist EPC team with engineering, procurement, and construction coordination.
Qualifications:
- 3-4 years of mechanical construction or central plant/facility management experience.
- Well versed in building codes and standards with excellent communication skills.
- Willing to travel 65% and perform duties in fast-paced environments.
