Senior Manager, Corporate Development

The Senior Manager of Corporate Development will play a pivotal role in assisting in Cologix’s strategic growth initiatives. This role will help lead the identification, evaluation, and execution of strategic investments including acquisitions, partnerships, and organic investments. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in corporate development, strategic planning, and financial analysis. This role reports directly to the VP of Corporate Development and will work closely with the executive team. Key Responsibilities include Strategic Planning and Execution by playing a pivotal role in the execution of our corporate development strategy to support the company's growth objectives. They will Evaluate potential M&A targets, strategic investments, and partnership opportunities that align with the company’s strategic goals. Their responsibilities also include Deal Management which includes managing the end-to-end deal process, including due diligence, valuation, structuring, and integration. They will also develop and maintain relationships with investment banks, other data center companies, and other key stakeholders. Their role will include cross-functional teamwork and collaborating with cross-functional teams, including finance, legal, product, development, construction and operations, to ensure seamless execution of corporate development initiatives. They will also help facilitate post-merger integration efforts to ensure the successful realization of deal synergies.
