Job Description

We’re seeking a dedicated Customer Support Specialist who is eager to become an expert in our product and support our clients with fast, thoughtful, and reliable service. You will serve as the frontline of our customer experience, responding to support requests via email and phone and resolving technical issues to keep our clients up and running. This is a remote, part-time role with a focus on evening and weekend availability to ensure our customers receive outstanding service during off-peak hours. Provide professional, empathetic, and solution-oriented support to healthcare professionals using Intrigma’s scheduling software. Respond promptly to customer inquiries via email (ticket system) and phone. Troubleshoot technical issues, identify root causes, and provide effective resolutions or escalate when necessary. Learn and maintain a strong understanding of our product offerings and updates. Document support issues and resolutions accurately in our CRM/ticketing system. Collaborate with the internal team to relay customer feedback and identify improvements.
