Job Description
This is a fully remote role where you’ll serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring every deliverable is executed smoothly, on schedule, and with maximum impact. You’ll coordinate logistics, communicate updates, manage automation workflows, and keep both clients and internal teams aligned and engaged.
Responsibilities include lead structured client onboarding through kickoff calls and milestone planning, manage project timelines, deliverable coordination, and approval workflows, use automation tools to streamline operations and reduce manual tasks, serve as a proactive communicator, keep clients informed and engaged throughout, track and interpret performance metrics to help clients understand impact and guide improvements and support renewal conversations by consistently delivering value and a standout experience.
