Job Description
The Account Manager for Leica Biosystems (LBS) is responsible for driving revenue growth and expanding market share for the Advanced Staining (IHC) portfolio and services within a defined territory. This role focuses on actively acquiring new customers to maximize sales potential across the targeted portfolio while managing existing accounts to ensure high customer satisfaction. This position reports to the Senior Sales Manager Poland and is part of the growing sales team in Poland and will be working remotely to cover a designated territory.
In this role, you will have the opportunity to: Own and achieve revenue targets within your designated sales territory and accounts. Promote the LBS Advanced Staining (IHC) product and service portfolio through customer visits, relationship building, and teamwork. Develop account-based sales plans and strategies in collaboration with Sales Managers and the broader team, based on a deep understanding of customer short- and long-term needs. Identify and generate new opportunities aligned with LBS strategic goals through research and targeting. Uncover customer needs and deliver tailored solutions that address their challenges. Lead tender projects within your territory, ensuring timely and successful execution. Coordinate product demonstrations and presentations of instruments and systems as needed. Manage quotations and sales proposals to drive successful deal closures. Provide insights on market share, competitor activities, trends, and developments within your region. Represent Leica Biosystems at exhibitions, customer meetings, and industry events to support brand visibility and product awareness. Utilize strategic selling and customer management tools to optimize engagement and performance.
