Responsibilities:
- Synthesize tooling data, measurement outputs, and developer feedback into actionable insights for portfolio planning.
- Partner with Platform Engineering on metrics platform priorities and build operating mechanisms for decision-making.
Success Metrics:
- Engineering ships faster with streamlined, data-driven tooling decisions and an actively managed portfolio.
- The developer experience measurement program is trusted and used to guide investment and prioritization.
Qualifications:
- 5+ years leading complex cross-functional programs in a technical organization, with a background in developer experience or engineering effectiveness.
- Familiarity with AI-accelerated development workflows and developer productivity measurement frameworks like DORA or SPACE.
- Ability to design evaluation frameworks, structure pilots, and turn mixed inputs into clear, executive-ready recommendations.
